Everything on this page is funded by Ambassadors: the research, the resources, the Quiz, the community. 160+ mortgage and real estate professionals across 144+ cities decided homebuyer education should be a public good.

Many don't just fund the work. They do it, in classrooms, workplaces, churches, and their own neighborhoods. They've become the trusted educators their buyers were looking for.

When you become an Ambassador, you join them. You're funding the mission. The work doesn't happen without you.

The standard

Membership is by application.

Buyers are deciding who to trust with the biggest purchase of their lives. A badge and a map listing only mean something if there's a bar to clear, so we review every application before we put the nonprofit's name next to yours.

Apply and start today. Checkout is part of the application, and everything unlocks the moment it's in: your branded page, the curriculum, the community.

We review within 48 hours. We look at how you show up for homebuyers and why you want to teach them. If you're a loan officer or real estate agent, we also confirm your license is active and in good standing.

Approval makes it official. Your Ambassador badge, your listing on the Ambassador map, and the announcement to your network all come with it. If we decide the program isn't the right fit, we refund you in full.

What does it cost?

$200 a month, and you can cancel anytime. Checkout is part of your application, and if we decide the program isn't the right fit, we refund you in full.

What if $200 a month isn't possible for me right now?

Some Ambassadors give more each month and some give less. If $200 a month isn't possible right now and you're passionate about homebuyer education, we still want to hear from you. Email kristin@firsthomeiq.com, and we'll find a way that works. We're here to create impact together. Your contributions make the work possible, and we know everyone is in a different season.

Is my membership tax deductible?

FirstHome IQ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so contributions to our work may be tax deductible. How much you can deduct, and whether it counts as a charitable gift or a business expense, depends on your situation. Please check with your accountant or tax advisor for the specifics.

Who can become an Ambassador?

Mortgage and real estate professionals who want to teach the next generation of homebuyers. If you're a loan officer or real estate agent, we confirm your license is active and in good standing.

How much time does it take?

As much as you want to give. Some Ambassadors teach in their communities every week. Others start by sharing their education page and the Quiz with clients and referral partners.

Do I have to present?

Presenting is up to you. Your education page and the Quiz work on their own, and when you're ready to teach, the presentations, games and playbooks are ready for you.

What happens after I apply?

Everything unlocks right away: your branded page, the curriculum and the community. We review your application within 48 hours, and approval brings your Ambassador badge and your listing on the map.
